Everyone attending NDC Sydney or Code on the Beach in August should plan on coming to see my talks. I'll be doing an Introductory talk on Aurelia at NDC Sydney on Friday at 16:20.
I'm doing a more advanced exploration of Aurelia's extension points, including Value Converters, Custom Elements and Attributes, and Binding Behaviors at Code on the Beach on Saturday at 4:00 PM. This talk is heavy on examples and is a great introduction to these concepts for new Aurelia developers, while serving as a helpful refresher course for more advanced Aurelia ninjas. My dynamic form demo using Binding Behaviors has blown away every audience who has seen it!
I've got a limited number of Aurelia tshirts that I'll be handing out to attendees at both events! The tshirts are only for Aurelia ninjas who attend my talks, so come on out!
For those who can't make it to these conferences, please tweet to me. I'm @ashleymgrant on Twitter. I'd love to do a meetup on Thursday or Friday evening while I'm in Sydney, and the same on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evening in Jacksonville.
If you can't make it to either of these cities while I'm there, fear not. I've got a busy September and October coming up as well. I'll be in Minneapolis on Tuesday, September 27 for the Minnesota Developers Conference. The next day I'll be heading to the beautiful Pennsylvania Poconos for TechBash. October will bring me to DevIntersection in Las Vegas. I'm working on attending or speaking at one other conference, as well.
Also, Cecil Phillip and I are going to organizing a two-day workshop on a .Net focused topic one weekend in October. We'll have more to announce on this one very soon!
